Returns & Refunds

Upon receipt of your goods and always before any use, please check your order and contact us within 48 hours via email info@lpequestrian.com.au if you have received faulty or damaged goods. Items must be returned to LP Equestrian in fully unmarked condition with no animal hair, in clean original packaging within 10 working days after the purchaser has received them, at the purchasers cost. Delivery charges may apply to resend items
At LP Equestrian we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any hesitation about the sizing, colour, quality or suitability of the product, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Refunds are via PayPal and Shopify. The amount of refund will be paid back to the same account that was used at the time of purchase. We endeavor to process the refund as soon as possible, after we have received and accepted the returned goods. Please note that delivery charges are non refundable.
Refunds will not be processed for goods showing wear and tear, worn or damaged as a result of use or misuse.
