What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

Please accept our apology if you have received an incorrect item. Please contact us via email info@lpequestrian.com.au and we will endeavor to provide the best solution as quickly as possible.

 

What should I do if my item is damaged?

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We do ask that you accept the goods from Australia Post and then contact us immediately via email info@lpequestrian.com.au. Please attach any images you have of the damage. We will then review the details and offer a resolution.

 

How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apology if you believe there is a fault with your item. Please contact us via email info@lpequestrian.com.auand provide us with details of the fault and if possible attach any images you may have. We will then review the details and offer a resolution.

 

How do I arrange a return?

Please contact us via email info@lpequestrian.com.au to arrange your return. We will need to know the item you want to return and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with the necessary information to arrange the return. Please make sure that the item is packaged securely. Any item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ensure you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We do also recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt when you send your item back.
